Nikola Dimitrov, known as “Nikicha”, is one of Bulgaria’s first content creators and streamers, with 17 years of experience and more than 300,000 followers. As co-founder, managing partner and creative director of ThePact, he combines on-camera experience with a strategic approach to brand building. Together with his team, he has worked with more than 100 brands in Bulgaria and abroad. Client projects and the founders’ own channels have generated more than 3 billion organic views in total. Nikola also hosts “Press F1” on Bulgarian National Television, lectures, and has written two books. His focus is on strategies and content that turn attention into trust and action.

Ventsislav Kalchev, known online as “Venata”, is one of Bulgaria’s most recognizable gaming content creators, with more than 12 years of experience on social media. His videos span gaming, music, vlogs, podcasts and tech reviews, and have gathered more than 200 million views. As co-founder and production director of ThePact, he leads video production and turns creative concepts into finished content for brands in Bulgaria and abroad. He combines technical skill with a feel for storytelling, humor and what audiences care about. Together with the team, he runs the full process, from pre-production and filming to editing and the final look.
